Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, as well as providing one-to-one support to children with ASC.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with additional needs, particularly those with ASC. You will be flexible and able to work as part of a team to improve outcomes for pupils. Your ability to plan and deliver interventions to support academic and emotional wellbeing will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
  • Provide one-to-one support to children with ASC
  • Work with students who have ASC
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students
Requirements
  • Experience of working with children with additional needs, particularly those with ASC
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to plan and deliver interventions to support academic and emotional wellbeing
Location

The school is located in the heart of Acton, with nearby public transport services available. We suggest travelling by public transport due to limited parking spaces.
