SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to become part of a manufacturing organization.

This organization, with which we have established a solid partnership, seeks to enhance their Administrative Team with a committed individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to a team of Key Account Managers in their daily operations.
  • Manage email correspondence, phone communications, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Support in the preparation of samples and the completion of various client documentation.
  • Communicate with both internal and external parties and participate in meetings.
  • Create reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Maintain social media presence and perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable position within the manufacturing sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision.
