Role Overview:
As a Production Equipment Operator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and fine-tune machinery to ensure optimal performance and meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate production machinery efficiently.
  • Load materials into machines with precision.
  • Meet and exceed productivity benchmarks established by the organization.
  • Perform minor maintenance and adjustments as necessary.
  • Understand sorting processes and ensure proper presentation of materials.
  • Demonstrate leadership by maintaining high standards of work and guiding team members.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and quantity expectations.
  • Actively participate in the company's continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours:
  • Rotating schedule: 5 days one week, 2 days the next, including alternate weekends.

Shift Timing:
7am – 7pm
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in operating and adjusting machinery.
  • Background in a high-paced production setting.
  • Familiarity with operating and setting up enclosing machinery is a significant advantage.
