Finishing Operative

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Operative to join our team at A1 Personnel Employment Agency Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for the final stage of the print production process, ensuring that printed materials are finished to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of finishing equipment, including guillotines, binders, and laminators.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Set up machines according to job specifications and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of jobs.
- Troubleshoot any machine issues or faults and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with safety regulations.
Requirements:
