Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automated test systems.
  • Architect and implement scalable software solutions to streamline testing processes and enhance product quality.
  • Develop innovative algorithms and methodologies for testing amplifiers and speakers using advanced automated systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of validation tools and processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in product engineering or test engineering within the automotive industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of hardware/software development principles and practices, with proficiency in LabVIEW and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of anechoic testing methodologies and structured programming languages.
  • Experience with vehicle networking protocols, software testing techniques, and automotive industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
