We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Segula Technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of aircraft electrical systems, including the integration of hydrogen fuel cell powertrains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems design, integration, and testing, as well as experience with Siemens NX software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical wiring interconnect systems (EWIS) for aircraft
  • Integrate new cockpit systems, including human machine interface (HMI), to monitor and control the powertrain
  • Perform analysis and testing of electrical systems and installations to verify compliance with specifications and requirements
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality and conformity
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers and technicians

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems engineering
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft design principles and regulations
  • Experience with Siemens NX software and electro-mechanical systems integration
  • Ability to produce and check engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of V&V process for certification of design

Additional Information:

This is a 12-month contract position, hourly paid outside IR35.
