We are seeking a dedicated Repairs Supervisor to enhance our London operations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the repair sector and will be tasked with:
- Strategically planning repair assignments to guarantee the availability of necessary parts while ensuring that repairs are executed safely, punctually, and within financial constraints.
- Overseeing the work of repair engineers and subcontracted personnel, leveraging team strengths and providing guidance and training to optimize skill development.
- Ensuring timely and precise documentation, effectively managing time on-site, and maintaining regular communication with the office support team to confirm the availability of repair components.
- Engaging in a client-facing role to foster strong working relationships, offering updates and feedback regarding repair progress.
- Conducting Risk Assessment Methods to address any potential hazards prior to commencing work.
