About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • React to breakdowns and perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding, repair, and replacement of components
  • PLC knowledge and experience with electrical and mechanical systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve success and improve downtime
  • Liaise with production teams to ensure smooth operations and support asset care engineers
About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Confident and team player attitude
  • Ability to fault find electrically and mechanically
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working days and nights
  • Recognized level 3 (or above) engineer qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND, HNC)
