Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and influence relationships with customers, internal teams, and approved contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct critical audit checks and document findings in line with best practices and company guidelines.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver effective management of approved contractors and ensure effective two-way communication.
  • Deal promptly with Help Desk calls and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Recruitment & Selection, and relevant legislation.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of training and technical knowledge requirements.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Lift engineering.
  • Working knowledge of the maintenance service within the FM industry and experience in a multi-client contracted environment.
  • Previous experience of effectively dealing with clients and contractors.
  • Strong PC literacy and experience in extracting, collating, and presenting performance data.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Strong results focus and ability to take accountability for own performance and that of the team.
  • Highly flexible and self-starting with a flexible approach to challenges.

Travel Requirements:

Candidates must be prepared to travel on a national basis and be able to stay away from home on occasions.
