About the Role

As a Customer Delivery Driver and Supermarket Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. You'll be the face of Waitrose & Partners, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive lasting impression.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
  • Deliver orders promptly and efficiently to our customers' doorsteps, ensuring the safe handling of goods.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment by assisting with stock control, cashiering, and other tasks as required.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries confidently.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • A full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points.
  • Age 18 years or over due to the handling of age-restricted items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a driving role.
  • Knowledge of chilled vehicles.
