Job Title: Service Support Executive

NSHI Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Support Executive to join our team. As a Service Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding GP practices and healthcare localities across the UK to receive additional Nurse Specialist support in the management of their diabetic populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with GP practices and healthcare localities across the UK to generate interest in receiving additional diabetes nurse specialist support.
  • Communicate the key features of the service, its delivery, and the benefits to patients and the NHS.
  • Follow up potential leads/customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Capture key data to assess metrics in relation to service demand, call volume, volume of calls per practice, the success rate, and timing and duration of calls.
  • Provide practices who request the service with the earliest available date for the audit day with a Nurse Specialist.
Requirements:
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent.
  • Sales experience.
  • Presentation skills experience.
  • Competent and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes/workflows.
  • Email management.
