Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Vetro Recruitment is working with a primary school in Tonyrefail to recruit several Teaching Assistants and HLTAs for the new academic year. This exciting opportunity will give successful candidates access to learn a new set of skills and the opportunity to start a career in a highly rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and general support to pupils who require additional support
  • Work in Primary schools across Tonyrefail
  • Be instrumental in the well-being and education of pupils
Requirements
  • A keen interest in working with children
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector
  • Open to training and development
  • Proactive work ethic
  • A good understanding of special educational needs
  • The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
  • A patient and understanding attitude
  • The ability to work as part of a team
