  • Work Arrangement: On-site in Croydon, South London for 4 days per week, with 1 day of remote work

The role involves overseeing caretaking teams to enhance service standards and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the provision of various estate services, including grounds maintenance.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the head of service, residents, and partners to pinpoint and implement enhancements and best practices in service delivery.

It is essential for managers to be present in the office or on estates for 4 days each week, with one day allocated for remote work.

Management experience is crucial, along with a solid understanding of housing legislation.
