As a key brand ambassador, you will represent L-ACOUSTICS's values and culture at a senior level within the touring and festival industry. Your role will involve providing premium training, workshops, demonstrations, and on-site support to our valued clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of our Touring and Festival growth strategy across EMEA.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively representing L-ACOUSTICS's values and culture to key stakeholders.
  • Deliver premium training programs, workshops, demonstrations, and on-site support to clients in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the touring and festival industry by staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including FOH & System Engineers, Production Managers, and other influential figures within the sector.
  • Collaborate closely with Application Project, Sales, Marketing, and Communication teams to ensure brand awareness and adoption across EMEA.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, process relevant data, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive global sales and contribute to the achievement of company targets.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in the touring industry, holding roles such as FOH Engineer, Monitor Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Production Manager.
  • Proven track record of success working on tours in various venues, including theaters, arenas, and stadiums.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels within the touring world, including engineers, production managers, artist management, A&R management, and promoters.
  • Strong organizational and self-management abilities, capable of working independently and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of L-Acoustics systems and technologies.
