About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Systems Supervisor to join our team at Innocent Drinks. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial systems, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Systems Management: Maintain and develop our financial systems, including finance system structures, workflows, user groups, and BI reporting models.
  • Tax Compliance: Collaborate with our tax team to set up and maintain VAT rules and routes in our systems.
  • System Upgrades and Testing: Work closely with our Technology team on upgrades, rollouts, and testing to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure we are compliant with all relevant regulations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain financial reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Master Data Compliance: Own and manage master data compliance controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Investigate and resolve issues and bugs within our financial systems.
Requirements
  • Power BI Experience: Proven experience working with Power BI and financial data analysis.
  • Financial Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial systems, including finance system structures and financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
