Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our customers with all their travel money needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do.
