About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes to live independently and safely.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our clients, empowering them to make their own decisions and choices. You will also assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support, and foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals
  • Utilize mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
