About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal/Senior Electrical Engineer to join our MEP division in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects and working closely with clients, project managers, and architects to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and financial profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and architects to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with the MEP team to deliver multidisciplinary projects across various building sectors, including commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, manufacturing, logistics, heritage, and residential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in electrical engineering.
