Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our electrical design and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating new electrical systems for our automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new electrical systems for our automotive products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of electrical systems, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other product components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and testing to ensure electrical systems meet performance and safety requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance electrical design and development efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the development of new products and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit design, simulation, and testing.
  • Experience with PCB design tools, such as Zuken CR0, and circuit simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally, as required.
