Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in Cambridge. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering professional services to a portfolio of commercial, rural, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical due diligence services to clients
  • Manage dilapidations and party wall matters
  • Administer contracts for refurbishments and new build projects
  • Prepare schedules of conditions
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
  • Consultancy or private property practice background
  • Strong knowledge of RCA's and dilapidations
  • Excellent communication and business development skills
