Senior ESG Consultant

Our client, a leading Consultancy firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior ESG Consultant to join their growing team. As a key member of the Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand and document their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, with a focus on sustainability in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to identify areas for improvement in their ESG practices and develop strategies for achieving Net Zero.
  • Conduct ESG maturity assessments, due diligence for Private Equity, and annual ESG Impact Reports to help clients measure and improve their sustainability performance.
  • Develop and implement carbon reduction plans, TCFD-aligned climate risk strategies, and score and benchmark clients on ESG metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Environmental, Social, or Governance aspects of Sustainability in a business consulting environment.
  • Passionate about Net-zero / ESG or Sustainability.
  • Previous experience working in a Consultancy business.
  • Strong experience with private equity focused clients.
  • Excellent writing skills, as this is a significant part of the role.
