Job Title: Advanced Mental Health Practitioner and Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Mental Health Practitioner and Supervisor to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. About the Role

  • Providing assessments, formulations, and short-term interventions to children and young people with mental health difficulties
  • Supervising and supporting clinical staff to ensure high-quality care and service delivery
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conducting routine outcome measures to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
