About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our production processes, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled with high quality, on time, within budget, and safely. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a production department in the pharmaceuticals or medical devices sector, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer orders and resource availability, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent defects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication to ensure that production goals are met.
