We are currently seeking a Technical Production Manager to enhance our dynamic project teams.

This role requires a blend of technical acumen and project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to refine project briefs and set realistic expectations.
  • Conducting site assessments and generating essential documentation such as risk assessments, floor plans, method statements, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Overseeing the on-site technical execution of projects, including the management of external vendors.

Projects may vary from hybrid events and interactive exhibition setups to large-scale congresses featuring advanced audience engagement tools.

Staying abreast of industry advancements is crucial, as our Technical Production Managers work closely with technical teams to exchange insights and explore new technologies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in technical AV and project management within a similar events agency, covering diverse event formats.
  • Familiarity with event-related AV equipment and software, including systems like Watchout and audience polling tools.
  • Capability to create detailed floor plans and technical schematics.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, event suppliers, freelancers, and other stakeholders.
