Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at a leading independent estate agent in Bath. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, managing the lettings process, and negotiating rental terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Rental Negotiation: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to property lettings.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
