Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm and rotational Saturday 9:00am -4:00pm

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Close liaison with: Branch Manager, Listers, Associates, Other Lettings Negotiators

We are seeking an exceptional Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lettings Negotiator, your main duties will include:

  • Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
  • Providing first-class customer service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations
  • Building strong relationships: Foster close relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful lettings process
  • Staying up-to-date: Remain knowledgeable about market trends, legislation, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the lettings industry and relevant legislation
