As the Financial Operations Supervisor, you will oversee all financial functions within the organization, including the preparation of management and financial reports, cash flow oversight, inventory management, balance sheet accuracy, in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare management accounts with comprehensive analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
2. Take overall responsibility for the financial components of board presentations.
3. Develop, mentor, and lead a small finance team.
4. Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements, ensure compliance, and manage the annual audit process.
5. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to assess financial models, provide insights for decision-making, and offer commercial recommendations.
6. Manage cash flow and forecasting activities.
7. Support the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
8. Conduct detailed cost analysis, engage with stakeholders, and optimize operational efficiencies.
9. Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and the integration of new businesses into the group reporting structure.
Required Qualifications:
- ACCA or CIMA qualified or in the later stages of study
- Proven experience in a senior finance position with strong management accounting expertise
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop models to identify data discrepancies
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience in private equity, acquisitions, or due diligence is advantageous but not mandatory.
