The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers throughout the entire sales process, describing products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also support the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect glasses, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Support the store management in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and optical products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.
