We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the successful execution of AI-related projects and initiatives on a 2-year fixed term basis.
This role is key to coordinating and managing AI development projects, requiring demonstratable experience in project planning and execution, team collaboration, stakeholder management, budget management, risk management, documentation and reporting, quality assurance, and grant and funding coordination.
Candidates applying for this role must have the following skills and experience:
- Project Management; Change Management; PRINCE2 Practitioner/APMQ or equivalent qualifications/experience
- People Management and Development experience
As a Project Director at Click Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing detailed business cases, project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for AI projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations
- Ensuring that all AI projects adhere to quality standards and ethical guidelines, particularly regarding data security and privacy
- Assisting in the preparation of grant proposals and reports related to AI projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
