About the Role

Catalent is seeking a highly detail-oriented Preproduction Coordinator to join our team in Scotland, UK. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of clinical trial supplies packaged at our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate clinical trial packaging documentation to meet Catalent, client, study, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with relevant SOPs and to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all deviations are documented as required.
  • Report any issues that may impact the quality or timelines specified for the packaging of supplies to your Line Manager.
  • Competently perform tasks as detailed by the Preproduction skills matrix.
  • Participate in the implementation of new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to the Preproduction department.
  • Maintain a personal training record and attend training sessions as required.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to support the Preproduction department, site, or wider Catalent organization, as appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages
  • Pharma/clinical trials experience or education highly advantageous
  • Experience in GMP or GDP highly advantageous
  • Proactive
