Summary:

• Client is currently recruiting for a Preproduction Coordinator to join our Bathgate team.

• We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal skills to join the Operations team.

• The Preproduction Coordinator will ensure the integrity of clinical trial supplies packaged at our Bathgate Site.

The Role:

• Generate clinical trial packaging documentation to meet client, Client, Study and Regulatory requirements.

• Complete documentation in accordance to relevant SOPs and to comply with GMP.

• Maintain high quality standards ensuring all deviations are documented as required.

• Report to your Line Manager any issues which may impact on the quality or timelines specified for the packaging of supplies.

• Competently perform tasks as detailed by the Preproduction skills matrix.

• Participate in the implementation of any new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to Preproduction department.

• Maintain a personal training record and attend training sessions as required.

• Participate in any process improvement initiatives to support Preproduction department, Bathgate site or wider Client organization, as appropriate.

• Keep up to date with industry best practice.

The Candidate:

• English pass at Higher level or equivalent

• Attention to detail.

• Pharma experience or education highly advantageous.

• Experience in GMP or GDP highly advantageous.

• Good IT skills.

• Proactive.

• Adaptable.
