Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

Optime Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately count and record stock levels using handheld scanners.
• Assist with inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to training and safety protocols.
• Comply with strict security procedures to maintain a secure warehouse environment.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as instructed by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license, as this role requires independent transportation to and from work.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work towards targets.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to provide a 5-year checkable history, as required by the aviation industry.

• Competitive salary of £12.91 per hour, with the option to increase to £11.91 per hour with taxi reimbursement.
• 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with day shift hours from 6 AM to 6 PM.
