We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group Careers. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for organizing resources and directing the management of designated development projects to achieve progressive project completion to quality and specification and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new build housing site management, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Valid SMSTS certificate and First Aid at Work certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering quality results.
