We are seeking a skilled Implementation Project Manager to become a vital part of our Transformation Programme team. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve significant business enhancements that benefit our customers, communities, and the environment.
Northumbrian Water Group is gearing up for a substantial investment programme, focusing on our Asset Management Plan. With an investment of approximately £3Bn in capital projects, we are committed to enhancing our capacity, capability, processes, systems, data, and workforce to meet future demands. Our transformation initiative is designed to ensure we are fully prepared for upcoming challenges.
As the Implementation Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from conception through to delivery and handover. Your role will involve optimizing planning and managing project timelines throughout their lifecycle. A strong focus on implementation is essential to achieve meaningful improvements while fostering collaboration across the organization.
You will play a key role in guiding the Workstream, contributing to the overall vision, objectives, and programme of work. Your insights will be valuable in recommending strategic adjustments and ensuring the project direction aligns with our goals.
Building and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships is crucial, as you will work closely with various functions within Northumbrian Water to facilitate change and act as a catalyst for the delivery model.
About You
We are looking for individuals who excel at managing competing priorities and can effectively navigate a dynamic environment.
You should possess experience in scheduling tasks and meeting deadlines, along with exceptional communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with team members and external partners, fostering strong relationships.
Strong planning and organizational abilities are necessary, as you will proactively address the needs of the team. While experience in change management and project planning is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
