Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Meadow View Residential Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of personalized care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans. You will also support Care Assistants in their development and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to our residents, demonstrating kindness, compassion, and a genuine interest in their well-being.
  • Support Care Assistants in their development, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience in care, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
