  • Ensure adherence to all camp policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, safeguarding protocols, and the implementation of new procedures as needed to maintain a safe environment.
  • Engage with children outside of scheduled activities to foster a supportive atmosphere.
  • Handle administrative tasks and serve as the primary contact for parents of children attending the camps.
  • Embody the Ultimate Activity promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and conduct yourself in a manner that reflects the company's values throughout your employment.

Alternatively, self-taught individuals with demonstrable programming knowledge, particularly in JavaScript or Python, along with a portfolio, are encouraged to apply.
  • An enthusiastic and energetic individual with experience working with children and a passion for fostering their IT skills, capable of adapting delivery based on age and ability.
  • A natural leader with management experience, preferably in IT education or holiday camp settings.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong face-to-face customer service abilities. Candidates must be confident in engaging with parents and school staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience are essential, as you may need to assist multiple individuals with similar challenges, maintaining a positive attitude.

Desirable Attributes

  • Possession of a Paediatric First Aid qualification (6-hour or 12-hour) or willingness to obtain one through Ultimate Activity.
