Business Analyst - London Market Insurance

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in London. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the transformation agenda for our energy and utilities clients, helping them navigate the energy transition journey.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in business technology transformation, with experience in complex Business Technology Transformation Programmes within Insurance clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent business technology Business Analysis services to our London Market Insurance clients, while contributing to the growth and vitality of both the local and global Insurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis roles on complex Business Technology Transformation Programmes within Insurance clients.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of London Market insurance, including both Lloyds Company market.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the Cognizant community to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of practice support, including Proposition or Solution Development, Community Communications, Sales Operations Management, and thought-provoking points of view or white papers.

Requirements:

  • Strong business analysis skills, with experience in complex Business Technology Transformation Programmes within Insurance clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of London Market insurance, including both Lloyds Company market.
  • Hands-on experience in policy admin platforms, especially in London market policy admin platforms (preferably AdvantageGo Subscribe).
  • Subject matter expertise in underwriting and claims management, as well as AdvantageGo products like Subscribe, API, Exact, Acumen, etc.
  • Strong techno-functional skillsets, comfortable with SQL integrations, APIs, data mapping.
  • Ability to ideate and facilitate sessions to enhance and optimize existing claims and underwriting software.
