This role plays a critical part in supporting the company's HR processes and providing expert guidance and advice to key stakeholders and customers.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at the company's site, with occasional travel to other locations required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, auditing HR files, and ensuring that letter templates are available for managers across the organization.
- Preparing HR documents efficiently and accurately, including pay letters, contracts of employment, disciplinary letters, references, and assisting with visa applications and documents as required.
- Maintaining the HRIS system, adding candidate details, and working with the recruitment team to ensure data is correct and reportable.
- Managing and processing payroll for approximately 350 employees monthly, adhering to payroll schedules and deadlines, and serving as the first point of contact for all payroll queries.
- Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and advising management on legal issues and risk mitigation.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Working effectively as part of a team and in a standalone capacity.
- Enjoying a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home one to two days per week.
