Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, auditing HR files, and ensuring that letter templates are available for managers across the organization.
  • Preparing HR documents efficiently and accurately, including pay letters, contracts of employment, disciplinary letters, references, and assisting with visa applications and documents as required.
  • Maintaining the HRIS system, adding candidate details, and working with the recruitment team to ensure data is correct and reportable.
  • Managing and processing payroll for approximately 350 employees monthly, adhering to payroll schedules and deadlines, and serving as the first point of contact for all payroll queries.
  • Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and advising management on legal issues and risk mitigation.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Working effectively as part of a team and in a standalone capacity.
  • Enjoying a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home one to two days per week.
