Job Title: Export Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipment planning and creating export documents that meet trade regulation and destination country requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipment planning and export documentation
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations
  • Work closely with customers, freight forwarders, and handling agents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and handling agents
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet deadlines for getting product to clients on time
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of export administration and documentation
  • Experience working within logistics companies
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Full-time permanent position with 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • 25 days per year plus bank holidays
