About the Role

As a Head Chef at Vintage Inns, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional food experiences to our guests. You will inspire and motivate your team to achieve high standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop your team to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to achieve targets and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions.
