Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team at OCS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key corporate security accounts, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain positive customer relationships with key corporate clients
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with colleagues and operations directors to deliver a positive and proactive environment
  • Provide day-to-day management of key accounts, including recruitment, scheduling, KPI and SLA meetings, site visits, training staff, and adding value to contracts
  • Ensure the highest levels of dress code standards, training, and customer service best practices are evident across all corporate accounts
  • Understand and manage the use of sub-contractors across the region, the impact of their costs versus budget, and create plans to minimize use
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security legislative requirements, including licensing, vetting, and BS7858

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA licence
  • Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH)
  • Formal change management qualification
  • Experience in training and developing corporate/customer experience packages
  • Experience in hospitality/FOH/Concierge services
  • Significant experience working in security operational guarding
  • Experience within Manned Guarding Security operations across multiple locations
  • Experience in sales and supporting bid processes
  • Proven client relationship and operational management of key accounts
  • Strong understanding and evidence of implementing best practice in health and safety and risk assessments
  • Good commercial and financial acumen
