About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Executive to oversee our online sales presence and grow our revenues by optimising our website's performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategies: Drive online sales and revenue growth through data-driven decision making and market analysis.
  • Manage and Optimize E-commerce Platform: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for our customers.
  • Analyse Web Traffic and Sales Data: Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, creating regular reports for the management team.
  • Responsible for SEO/SEM: Develop and implement search engine optimisation and search engine marketing strategies to increase online visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and Manage Product Listings: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest e-commerce technologies and best practices.
  • Manage Relationships with Third-Party Vendors: Collaborate with agencies and partners involved in e-commerce operations.
  • Optimise Website Performance: Recommend budget and direction to Management to improve website speed, navigation, and conversion rates.
  • Optimise Non-Product Content: Suggest content strategies and optimise all non-product content created by the marketing team.
  • Website Product Catalogue Management: Work with Procurement, Product Development & Marketing to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Recommending UX Optimisations: Collaborate with IT to recommend UX optimisations.
  • Liaise with Other Departments: Ensure transactions are completed efficiently and all staff are fully aware of the website's objectives, capabilities, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to e-commerce operations.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in E-commerce Management: 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • In-depth Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM: Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritise: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Understanding of Social Media Platforms: A strong understanding of the different Social Media platforms and how to utilise them to drive sales.
