We're seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading our catering facilities and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, focusing on delivering exceptional food and service.
• Manage catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our clients and students.
• Drive sales through promotions and added-value events, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Oversee all controllable costs, ensuring we're operating within budget.
• Maintain company systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. You'll need:

• OND or HND qualified (desirable)
• Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
• Knowledge of health and safety practices
• Financial understanding of gross profit management and sales targets
• Line management experience
• Experience within a similar environment
