Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Page Green, a leading developer and builder in the UK. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimates and Cost Planning: Develop comprehensive estimates and cost plans for project delivery, covering preliminaries, materials, plant, labour, overheads, and profit.
  • Value Engineering: Implement early value engineering techniques to optimize project costs and outcomes.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and price potential risks and opportunities associated with each project.

You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with an eye for quality. As a Quantity Surveyor at Page Green, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from refurbishment to building improvement, and contribute to the financial success of our business.
