Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Job Summary:

Congregation Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the launch marketing campaign for V&A East and its public programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of youth culture and the socio-cultural landscape of V&A East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote V&A East and its public programme.
  • Collaborate with agencies, partners, and ambassadors to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Manage partnerships with community organisations, brands, agencies, and youth culture platforms.
  • Develop media strategies that maximise free media and cross-partnership promotion.
  • Collaborate with the Audience and Insight team to support research, monitor effectiveness, and integrate audience feedback.
  • Support commercial and sponsorship launch objectives.
  • Work with central V&A teams to create integrated activities and manage workflow across the Marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of youth culture and the socio-cultural landscape of V&A East.
  • Extensive experience in brand activations and marketing campaigns for diverse young audiences.
  • Ability to develop strategies supporting commercial and audience objectives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High literacy and numeracy, with excellent written English and data analysis capabilities.
  • Creative and flexible thinker, adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, and relevant IT systems.
  • Passionate about modern marketing and industry trends.
