About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Workday (UK) Limited. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customers by delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering complex enterprise business applications projects, including projects within Local and National Government.
  • Global deployment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Location: London or Reading.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience deploying ERP technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in business English is a must. Proficiency in any other European languages is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience or extensive knowledge of Finance Processes and Human Resources processes.
  • Cross-functional knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed.
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and follow-through.
  • Enjoying an environment of constant innovation and change.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
