Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and budgets are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project costs.
  • Monitor and control construction budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to optimize project expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
