Key Responsibilities- Provide expert support to customers interested in solar panels, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inbound contact through various channels, responding or redirecting as necessary to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our low-carbon products and services, enabling you to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
