Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at Egis Road Operation UK Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of business change, communications, engagement, and training for a complex portfolio of digital changes.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery of Business Change: Lead the delivery of business change for our Digital / Technology portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Business Change Methodology: Develop and implement a business change methodology, including the creation of key artefacts, to ensure that change is managed effectively and efficiently.
- Capture Business Change Impacts: Identify, capture, and measure the business change impacts of digital changes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying plans to mitigate any negative impacts.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular status reports to the Digital Delivery Lead, Head of Digital and Data, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
- Benefits Realization: Support the capture, measurement, and tracking of key portfolio benefits, working closely with the Finance team to ensure that these benefits are realized.
- Governance Forums: Participate in key governance forums, such as the CPS Change Board, and provide regular contributions to the Digital Delivery meeting, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Portfolio Finances: Supply portfolio finances and benefits identification and delivery, ensuring that financial and business objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Identify, report, and track business change risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required to ensure that risks are mitigated and issues are resolved.
- Change Project Management: Successfully manage large change projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Benefits Delivery: Support the delivery of project/programme benefits through to realization, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage senior-level stakeholders and obtain buy-in for digital changes, ensuring that they are informed and supportive of the change agenda.
- Business Change Methodology: Develop and implement a business change methodology across the organization, ensuring that key documentation is in place and that change is managed effectively and efficiently.
- Change Initiatives: Shape and develop business change initiatives and activities, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Digital Technology: Understand and apply digital technology to drive business change and improvement, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Interdependency Identification: Identify and track interdependencies between digital changes, ensuring that they are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Technology Strategy: Develop and articulate a technology strategy that supports the organization's business objectives, ensuring that technology is aligned with business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple stakeholder organizations, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are engaged and informed.
