United Living is seeking a highly experienced External Façade Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the brickwork, window installation, cladding, and roofing packages on our high-rise projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the brickwork package, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the internal team to manage window installation packages.
- Oversee the management of cladding and roofing packages.
- Coordinate the installation and alteration of scaffolding.
- Ensure quality assurance of the building envelope, including fire barrier installation.
- Jointly manage deliveries on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in managing brickwork, window installation, cladding, and roofing packages.
- Experience working on RC frames over 10 storeys.
- Experience with brickwork on masonry support.
- Experience with scaffolding on high-rise frames, preferably with scaffold awareness training.
- Experience with hoist installation on high-rise buildings.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple workfaces/levels.
- Experience working on compact sites with just-in-time deliveries.
